DAP Concludes 2024 Citizen Satisfaction Survey at UP Mindanao

On October 30, 2024, the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) conducted its 2024 Citizen Satisfaction Survey (CitSat) with UP Mindanao stakeholders at the Admin Building, UP Mindanao. This survey aimed to assess and enhance the quality of frontline government services by gathering valuable insights to guide strategic improvements addressing the evolving needs of the public.
With valuable insights from the UP Mindanao community, DAP aims to refine Service Quality Standards (SQS) and align service delivery with the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028. The organization extends its appreciation to all participants for supporting this effort to enhance citizen-centered public service.
The participation in this activity, through the Quality Assurance Office, is part of the continuous efforts of UP Mindanao to improve its quality of service delivery.
