Aiming to refine organizational performance, UP Mindanao conducted a Process and Work Flows Workshop for managers and supervisors on October 23, 2023. The session introduced frameworks for developing competencies aligned with institutional goals.

Topics covered included competency models, proficiency levels, and strategies for linking individual contributions to broader organizational objectives. Participants explored ways to boost team performance by fostering foundational, functional, and leadership skills within their departments.

This workshop demonstrated UP Mindanao’s proactive approach to enhancing human resources, integral to achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification.
