February ISO Consultation Sessions Strengthen Preparedness

From February 13 to 15, 2024, UP Mindanao continued its ISO journey with intensive consultation sessions across all units. These coaching sessions focused on aligning departmental processes with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Participants received expert advice on documenting workflows, managing risks, and meeting stakeholder expectations. This interactive approach enabled units to make significant progress toward achieving certification.

The University of the Philippines Mindanao, through its Quality Assurance Office (QAO), successfully conducted an Orientation and Onboarding Session on the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) today, May 16, 2025, via Zoom. The session was facilitated by UP Mindanao’s QMS Consultant, Mr. Perfecto Cagaanan Jr., and was attended by newly appointed unit heads, newly designated personnel, and other members of the teaching and administrative staff.
