UP Attends the AUN QA International Conference 2024 at Vietnam

The Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of UP Mindanao, Prof. Annabelle Novero, and the Director of the UP Mindanao Quality Assurance Office, Prof. Ritchie Mae Gamot, attended the AUN QA International Conference 2024, held on December 11-12, 2024, at Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The conference brought together global experts and practitioners to discuss key topics, including the integration of artificial intelligence, the use of data analytics, and the development of future-ready quality cultures in higher education.
More than 30 delegates from various constituent universities (CUs) of the University of the Philippines System attended the event. The delegation included QA Officers, QA Directors, and Vice Chancellors. In addition to UP System officials, the participating CUs were UP Diliman, UP Manila, UP Los Baños, UP Visayas, UP Cebu, UP Baguio, UP Mindanao, and UP Open University.
Exposing the UP Mindanao QA Team to a wider range of perspectives would foster the generation of new ideas to improve various processes and data collection methods across the university.
