Document Controllers and Internal Auditors of UP Mindanao participated in the ISO Calibration Session and a series of ISO Coaching Sessions for each unit held on June 23, 24, and 26, 2025. These activities form part of the university’s ongoing commitment to quality through ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System compliance.

Led by QMS Consultant Mr. Perfecto Cagaanan Jr., the sessions aimed to align audit practices, clarify documentation requirements, and cultivate a deeper understanding of each unit’s role in sustaining quality processes. The consultant highlighted the value of engagement by stating,
“By attending here, you are respecting the process — and by respecting, you are showing your love for the University, for UP Mindanao.”

These sessions reaffirmed the shared responsibility of every office in driving continuous improvement and ensuring readiness for the upcoming ISO surveillance audit.
